Paper and some imagination

A Paper Hat as its name suggests is a hat made from paper and great for recycling! Some are manufactured such as those used in Christmas Crackers which are usually paper crowns.

Other Paper Hats are made from sheets of newspaper with larger broadsheet newspaper being the easiest to work with.
